Where a problem effects only the computer itself, often the cheapest and quickest way to deal with it is to send it or bring it to us.

In the workshop, we can work on something else while lengthy automated processes are running and only charge for the time we actually spend working on your machine – and we have equipment that our engineers cannot carry around with them to make the process quicker and more effective.
