An increasing number of staff members spend ever larger amounts of time working from home. However, most IT departments are not resourced to deal with problems arising while their staff are using their computers at home. This has a real impact on the productivity of staff working away from the office and can impose a considerable cost when in-house IT departments have to deal with problems.

Homeline's considerable experience of dealing with both Home and Business users positions us ideally to deal with employees working from home. We can deal with all the usual domestic IT issues as well as working closely with the in-house IT department to ensure maximum productivity at both ends.

Our charges are the same as our charges for Home users but there is an additional 10% discount against Premium and Premium Plus subscription rates (as opposed to Drawdown).
