Remote/online engineering

Realistically, not every problem can be solved over the phone.

Sometimes it is quicker or more convenient for you just to leave us to sort out the problem. With your permission, we will remotely take control of your machine and do whatever it is that needs to be done.

Online engineering is more efficient and much less costly than a visit

Normally, you will not have to wait for a convenient appointment. If a task requires lengthy scans of your computer or software downloads, you only pay for the time we spend actually working on your machine rather than for us to watch it 'doing its stuff'.
