On-site engineering

Occasionally, we may need to visit you but we will only do so if it is the best way to deal with the issue.

We will always try to arrive as near as possible to the appointed hour or let you know if we have been delayed and give you the opportunity to re-arrange the appointment if necessary.

Finally, we do have to make a charge appropriate to the time we spend getting to you. Within our working area, the charge will be limited to a maximum of an hour.
