Drawdown service

Designed for light Home users who want the assurance of help when it's needed.

This package offers two hours of telephone and remote engineering support, workshop and on-site engineering. We will keep a note of what has been used and will let you know if a top-up is required.

Unlike our Premium and Premium Plus Services, which are annual subscriptions, there is no time limit on when you draw down your hours.

• No limit on number of computers.
• No expiry date.
• Monday to Friday 0830 – 1900
• Saturday 0900 – 1300

Cost payable in advance £120.00 (inc VAT) + £75.00 (inc VAT) initial survey and
registration fee.

No service is available on Sundays and Bank Holiday weekends or at other times
specifically notified.
