There is a real difference between the vast array of broadband suppliers and it is important to understand the differences between the various offerings.

Probably more important is the quality of the after-sales service. Any supposed savings you may make on the monthly service charge can disappear very quickly indeed if things go wrong and the service provider isn't interested in helping, which generally they aren't. While we can get problems sorted quickly and efficiently with our recommended suppliers (which is partly why we recommend them) this is frequently not the case with other, frequently well-known providers.
