We are happy to support anyone who does not wish to subscribe to one of our membership services. However, telephone and remote access support are not available to non-members and there is no discount available on engineering rates.

• Support engineer £95.00 per hour on-site (max travel charge: 1 hour)
• Senior engineer £105.00 per hour on-site (max travel charge: 1 hour)

Outside the M25

• Support engineer £85.00 per hour excluding travel (max travel charge: 1 hour)
• Senior engineer £95.00 per hour excluding travel (max travel charge: 1 hour)

No service is available on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holiday weekends.
