Geographic coverage

We can (and do) provide telephone support, remote and workshop engineering literally anywhere in the world, though currently only in English, French and Italian.

Within an area bordered by a line from Brighton to the south end of the M1, to Aylesbury, to Bicester, to Gloucester and south to Weymouth and along the mainland South coast we will charge a maximum of one hour (at the then prevailing workshop engineering rate) for site visits.

We are happy to visit sites outside that area but will have to make a charge of one hour plus 50% of the then prevailing workshop engineering rate per hour for time spent travelling beyond the defined area, plus 40p per mile plus out-of-pocket expenses.
